  • 500 gram of fresh green Amla(Indian Gooseberry)
  • Honey(as required)

Method of Preparation

Take 500 gram of grated fresh green seedless Amla (Indian Gooseberry) in a glass jar. Now add as much honey required to coat the amla (Indian Gooseberry) totally. Then cover the jar with the lid, keep it in the sun for 10 days for 4-5 hours daily. This way, the jam will be prepared with a natural process. It can be used just after two days. This method of preparing this jam is the best as it’s the healthiest way because instead of being prepared on the flame, it is prepared under the sun due to which its goodness and virtues remain intact and honey retains its nutrient value and this is considered as one of the best all natural recipes of Amla(Indian Gooseberry) jam.

Intake method:

Every morning, eat 10 gram (two teaspoons) of this jam on an empty stomach for breakfast for almost three to four weeks, especially in the summers. After fifteen minutes, you can have a glass of warm milk.
