Best Method Of Preparing Amla(Indian Gooseberry) Oil – Natural Recipes




Amla (Indian Gooseberry) juice-500ml

Coconut oil-500ml


Take fresh green Amla (Indian Gooseberry), grate the pulp and strain it through a thin cloth to obtain 500 ml of juice. Take an iron vessel or an earthen pot and pour the juice into it, then add 500 ml of coconut oil to it. Heat the oil on a low flame till the Amla juice stops crackling and only the oil remains in the vessel. Take the vessel off the flame. Let it cool. Strain the oil through a thin cotton cloth or a filter bag. Thereafter, keep the oil in a bottle and bring it in your daily use. Gently massage this oil into your scalp using your fingertips starting from the roots to ends.  This remedy will support your hair growth and help to keep your hair black.



150 grams of seedless dried Amla (Indian Gooseberry)

600 ml of water

500 ml of sesame (black seeds) oil.


Take 150 grams of dry seedless Amla (Indian Gooseberry), tamp the same and soak it in 600 ml of water in an earthen pot night. After 15 hours of soaking, keep the pot on a low flame and let Amla cook slowly. When the water reduces to half i.e. 300 ml, take the pot off the flame and let it cool down. Strain the mixture through a thin cotton cloth. The water will be strained down through the cloth with leaving the pulp on the cloth. Pour this water in another vessel and add 500 ml of sesame (black seeds) oil to it. Keep the vessel on a low flame and let it cook till only the oil remains in the vessel. Let it cool and then strain it in a bottle.
